We found Windsor Bay Properties to be almost too good to be true. We were cautious at first because we found them too easy to work with and no request from us seemed too outrageous for them. They were very creative in making things work out.

A stroke was the impetus for the need to sell our home. In this market that is a very difficult thing to do. The home we lived in was an old Victorian, so that complicated the process because many people are not interested in purchasing a home with a long and rich history. It is a beautiful home, but not everyone appreciates that. Part of the charm of a Victorian is woodwork everywhere – especially on the many stairs. Those many stairs are the reason we needed to sell this home and move on. Stairs and strokes don’t exactly mix well.
We put our home on the market and had absolutely no interest – only one showing the entire time. In the meantime, we found a home that is much more stairs-friendly, and the closing date on that home loomed closer and closer. We knew we needed to sell quickly. We contacted Windsor Bay Properties. From the time we actually met to discuss possibilities to closing on the home took about three weeks. During that time, we found their representative to be nothing but honest and kind. He listened to us and was fair and direct in his approach. He walked us through the process with dignity and respect.
Selling a home for any reason is a stressful time. Windsor Bay Properties and their representative made the process as stress-less as possible. We will be the first to admit that going this route to sell your home is very unconventional. It takes courage and trust. Windsor Bay Properties has earned both.

Dealing with Windsor Bay Properties was a great experience
for me. I had short notice of moving out of state, due to a new
job. I called Windsor Bay Properties to potentially buy my home.
The person from Windsor Bay was very personable and dealt with
me and my situation promptly and professionally. Nice honest
people. I never felt insecure about the deal.

To whom it may concern:
Last September, 2004, I was about to lose my house because of
serious financial problems. Windsor Bay Properties, LLC
contacted me concerning buying my property and paying off my
liens. I had two liens – a state income tax lien and a federal
IRS lien – plus the mortgage that had not been paid. I was
about to loose the property with a Sheriff’s Sale to be held in
about three weeks.
The person from Windsor Bay Properties was very understanding
and helpful. He was able to successfully put a plan together to
pay the liens and close on the property in about two weeks. In
addition, I received some money.
I found the people at Windsor Bay to be very helpful,
understanding and very honest and I would not hesitate to
recommend them in helping others in similar situations.

I want to thank you for all the extra
effort you put into purchasing our son’s house. Your quick
action saved him from foreclosure. When I called, you responded
back to me quickly. You came and looked at the property right
away. You offered a very fair price and didn’t try to take
advantage of a bad situation. When I contacted the loan company
with a proposal they were very difficult to work with. After 2
weeks of calling, I finally received an answer from them. They
gave us 3 working days to pay them off. This was on a holiday
weekend when banks, post offices and government offices were
closed. You still managed to pull the deal together to meet the
deadline. With all the lack of cooperation from the loan
company you were very patient. I know your lawyer had to really
hustle to get necessary paper work together. Our dealings with
you were very positive and we appreciate all the help you gave
us.
